👋 Hi, I’m Rohan — a detail-oriented professional with a strong foundation in data analytics, currently transitioning from a customer support background into a full-time analytics role.

With over a year of experience in chat support at IGT Solutions (Frontier Airlines process), I developed a passion for solving problems using data. During my time there, I analyzed thousands of chat records using Excel, built Power BI dashboards to track key metrics like AHT and CSAT, and helped the team reduce handling time by 12%.

I’ve since strengthened my skills in Power BI, Excel, and SQL, and completed multiple hands-on projects in stock analysis, business insights, and customer behavior.
