Sept 2023 - July 2024

  • Compensation Analytics, Statistical Outlier Validation using Power Query and Power Pivot, Internal and External Data Collection, Survey Mapping using SQL and Advanced Excel and Power BI.
  • Client engagements for survey access and resolution.
  • Survey Administration involving gathering offline survey data, cleaning and loading for survey release every year.
  • Data Validation, Reviews, Survey Data Reporting, trend analysis using multi-year data in mercer database. Manage client requests on data clarifications.
