Customer Performance Report: Provide net sales performance of each customer over the years.

Market Performance Vs Target report over the years: Enable stakeholders to access the countries performance and compare it to set targets.

Project Details

In this project, I used Excel pivot tables to create a sales report. It helps businesses figure out the best discounts for customers, negotiate deals, and spot opportunities to expand into new countries. The reports I made give clear advice on how to improve sales strategies, make customers happier, and earn more money.

Here's what I learned:

Here's how I transformed the AtliQ Hardware Consumer Goods Ad-Hoc-Insights workflow in 3 steps:

📊 Aceing Ad-hoc Queries:
Addressed 10 ad-hoc requests using SQL query like WHERE, GROUP BY, ORDER BY, JOINS, CTE, WINDOW FUNCTION, SUB-QUERIES,etc .Made sure each query was spot-on accurate and fast in fetching data.

📈 Powering Up with Power BI:
Turned those query results into visual masterpieces using Power BI Utilized common charts like bars, pies, maps, donuts, and lines for effective data representation.

🎥 Insight Presentation:
Presented insights in Microsoft powerpoint, explaining observations and recommendations clearly. Aimed for clarity and understanding in delivering actionable insights.

Project Details

Shield insurance is an insurance provider company operating in 5
cities Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Indore ,Chennai and Hyderabad.

They came up with various sales channels to find out their
customers which includes Offline agent, Offline direct, Online
app and online websites.The company offers a total of 9 different polices.

I have built a Power BI dashboard to present insights to the stakeholders, and this analysis is categorized into three sections:
➽ General Analysis: Provides an overview of essential insurance metrics, including monthly revenue and customer trends, as well as age group and city segmentation.

➽ Sales Mode Analysis: Showcases sales performance metrics across different modes, including a customer trend chart highlighting the sales channel that generated the highest revenue and customers.

➽ Age Group Analysis: Demonstrates company revenue and customer performance by age group, including metrics for estimated settlement amounts and policy preferences.
