Created 2 reports for the sales team which will help them to evaluate customer performance and understand their market performance with respect to their target.

Customer Performance Report: Provides net sales performance of each customer across years.

Market performance vs Target report across years: Enables stakeholders to assess the country's performance and compare it to set targets.

Project Details

In this project, I created a sales report using excel pivot tables which will enable businesses to determine effective customer discounts, facilitate negotiations with consumers, and identify potential business expansion opportunities in promising countries. The reports generated will provide actionable insights and recommendations for businesses to optimize their sales strategies, enhance customer satisfaction, and maximize revenue generation.

PowerBI Project

AtliQ Hardwares, a fast-growing consumer electronics company, struggles to compete due to reliance on Excel for reports. My goal is to implement Power BI for advanced analytics, providing insights to drive informed decisions and enhance competitiveness.

Project Details

Atliq Grands owns multiple five-star hotels across India. They have been in the hospitality industry for the past 20 years. Due to strategic moves from other competitors and ineffective decision-making in management, Atliq Grands are losing its market share and revenue in the luxury/business hotels category. As a strategic move, the managing director of Atliq Grands wanted to incorporate “Business and Data Intelligence” in order to regain their market share and revenue. However, they do not have an in-house data analytics team to provide them with these insights. Their revenue management team had decided to hire a 3rd party service provider to provide them insights from their historical data.

The project encompassed data ingestion, database management and extensive SQL querying.
The project successfully demonstrated the use of Python and SQL for managing and analyzing a large dataset of famous paintings. The insights derived from the SQL queries provided a deeper understanding of the dataset's characteristics and highlighted significant patterns and trends in the world of art.
