As part of this project, I used Excel pivot tables to construct a sales report that will help businesses find new customers to offer discounts to, negotiate with customers, and expand into promising nations. The reports that are produced will offer organizations practical information and suggestions on how to improve customer satisfaction, maximize income generation, and optimize their sales methods.
Workflow steps:

AtliQ Hardware extended their operations to several states and nations. However, their net sales were down. Due to the lack of data-driven decision-making, the organization primarily relies on spreadsheets and intuitions that don't offer any insightful information. The Dashbord that I designed helped the company achieve a 10% increase in net revenue.

Atliq Grands, a chain of five-star hotels in India, faced declining market share and revenue due to competitive moves and ineffective management. To regain their position, they sought "Business and Data Intelligence" but lacked an in-house analytics team. The revenue management team hired a third-party provider to analyze historical data and create an interactive PowerBI dashboard. This dashboard offers comprehensive insights into the hotel's performance metrics, including overall analysis, monthly breakdowns, and detailed performance metrics for individual properties and cities, aiding in strategic decision-making and operational improvements.
