Design user-empathetic reports prioritizing readability and quick actions. Use color formatting to highlight important data, identify trends, and enhance data readability, improving user experience and decision-making.

Key Metrics -

1. Designed Empathic report which is easy for readability.
2. Performed data cleaning and data transformation using power query.
3. Used pivot tavle to make the data more interactive.
4. Apply DAX in power bi and also use some additional formula to fulfil the requirments.
5. Did conditional formating and applying color depend on the condition.
6. Shared the final result as a PDF form for easy access.

In this screenshot, I have provided Power BI Dashboard where I presented same SQL queries but in visual form for easy understanding.

Project Details

As a pizza sales analyst, we want to extract valuable insights from our pizza sales data. We aim to retrieve the total number of orders placed and calculate the total revenue generated from pizza sales. Additionally, we want to identify the highest-priced pizza and the most common pizza size ordered. By listing the top 5 most ordered pizza types along with their quantities, we can optimize our inventory and marketing strategies. To better understand our sales patterns, we will join necessary tables to find the total quantity of each pizza category ordered, determine the distribution of orders by hour of the day, and group orders by date to calculate the average number of pizzas ordered per day. Furthermore, we will determine the top 3 most ordered pizza types based on revenue and calculate the percentage contribution of each pizza type to total revenue. Finally, we aim to analyze the cumulative revenue generated over time and determine the top 3 most ordered pizza types based on revenu
