Analyzes salary distribution by role, level, and gender to uncover pay trends, equity gaps, and top-paid positions across the organization.

Project Details

As part of my Power BI certification project, I built an interactive HR Analytics Dashboard using real-world data from Kaggle. This dashboard provides a comprehensive view of workforce trends, including Headcount Overview, Attrition & Retention Analysis, and Compensation & Pay Equity Insights. It features dynamic visuals filtered by department, job level, gender, and age group.

Key metrics include active/inactive employee counts, attrition rate (monthly and annual), top paid roles, and engagement feedback analysis. The project highlights my skills in DAX, data modeling, and visual storytelling to create dashboards that support strategic HR decisions.

Designed with user experience in mind, the layout incorporates intuitive navigation, clean visuals, and insightful KPIs—ideal for HR teams and leadership to explore workforce dynamics effectively.
