Recognizing the importance of a skilled data analytics team, Tony Sharma, the Director of Data Analytics, embarked on a strategic hiring initiative.

To ensure the selection of candidates with a blend of technical prowess and essential soft skills, Tony devised a comprehensive SQL challenge. This challenge serves as a dual-purpose assessment, allowing the evaluation of technical proficiency in SQL, a critical skill for data analysis, and an examination of soft skills crucial for effective collaboration within the team.

🛠️ Leveraging Power BI and Excel, I dove into data to unearth insights crucial for informed governance. Unveiling the powerhouse districts of Hyderabad, Rangareddy, Sangareddy, and Medchal-Malkajgiri, where 70% of document revenue flows, I advocate diversification. Infrastructure investment, business incentives, and a welcoming environment can mitigate risk.

🚗 Highlighting October as the peak month for vehicle sales, I propose strategic planning with promotions, appealing deals, and new models to maximize revenue during this peak. A public awareness campaign targeting the 77.87% preference for motorcycles could promote public transport, reducing congestion and environmental impact.

AtliQ Motors, a leading U.S. automotive company with a 25% market share in North America's EV and hybrid segment, is expanding into India, where it currently holds less than 2% market share. The project aims to conduct a comprehensive analysis of India's electric and hybrid vehicle market to support AtliQ Motors in making data-driven decisions regarding product launches, pricing, and market entry strategies. Led by Bruce Haryali, Chief of AtliQ Motors India, the analysis will focus on understanding market size, growth trends, key competitors, and consumer preferences. The ultimate goal is to provide actionable insights that will help AtliQ Motors establish a strong foothold in the Indian market and effectively compete with established players. As the Data Analyst, I will spearhead this effort to ensure that the company’s expansion strategy is aligned with the unique dynamics of the Indian market.
