Project Details

Built an end-to-end Business 360 analytics dashboard for AtliQ Hardware to provide a consolidated view of business performance across sales, finance, marketing, supply chain, and executive functions. Integrated data from Excel/CSV files and SQL, transformed and cleaned data using Power Query, and created a structured star-schema data model in Power BI. Developed interactive DAX measures, KPIs, dynamic titles, bookmarks, and navigation buttons to enable deeper analysis of revenue, profitability, sales trends, customer performance, and market performance. Used DAX Studio to optimize the Power BI model and improve report performance by 5%. The dashboard helps stakeholders identify business trends, monitor key metrics, and make data-driven decisions.

Project Details

This project focuses on analyzing sales and financial performance using Microsoft Excel. I transformed raw sales data into interactive reports to evaluate revenue, gross margin, net profit, and overall business performance. The project includes five key reports: Customer Performance Report, Market Performance vs Target Analysis, P&L Statement by Fiscal Year, P&L Statement by Month, and P&L Statement by Market. I used Excel formulas, PivotTables, Power Query, data transformation, and interactive visualizations to organize and analyze the data. The analysis helps identify high-performing customers and markets, understand profitability trends, compare actual performance against targets, and provide actionable insights to support business and financial decision-making.
