Although I started with a civil engineering degree, I quickly realized that my true passion lies in data analysis. So, I embarked on an exciting journey to explore this fascinating field.

Project Details

This project was an in-depth analysis of data for AtliQ Hardware, a manufacturing company that produces electronic products. The project utilized Microsoft Excel to analyse the AtliQ dataset, which contains over 1 million data points. The goal of the project was to extract valuable insights and create reports on profit and loss by fiscal year and by month, providing AtliQ Hardware with a better understanding of their financial performance.
During the project, several concepts were learned and applied, including the use of Pivot Tables, Power Query, and DAX (basics) for data analysis. Conditional Formatting and Report Beautification techniques were used to enhance the presentation of the data. Additionally, Sales Domain Metrics and Finance Domain Metrics were used to gain a deeper understanding of the company's financial performance. These skills were instrumental in successfully completing the project and providing valuable insights.

This led to the development of dashboards for various departments such as finance, sales, marketing, and supply chain, facilitating easier data interpretation and informed decision-making.
