In this project, I crafted a comprehensive sales report with Excel pivot tables, enabling businesses to analyze customer discounts, negotiate effectively, and pinpoint expansion opportunities. The reports offer actionable insights, optimizing sales strategies, boosting customer satisfaction, and maximizing revenue.
Proficiency was acquired in pivotal areas: pivot tables, Power Query, DAX Basics, conditional formatting, report beautification, and sales domain metrics.
In summary, the project's objective is to empower businesses with tools for monitoring, evaluating, and enhancing sales activities. Leveraging sales data analysis enables unlocking opportunities, driving growth, and maintaining competitiveness in the dynamic market landscape.

Objective: As a potential junior data analyst at AtliQ Hardware, my goal is to excel in completing the SQL challenge and presenting findings informatively. Tasks include reviewing 'ad-hoc-requests.pdf' for 10 business requests, addressing them with SQL queries and presenting them.
Key Learnings:

1. Efficient data retrieval methods -> Single-table retrieval via text, numeric, and calculated columns; multi-table retrieval through SQL JOINS; Subqueries and CTEs.

2. Fundamental database principles -> Database creation, updates, and understanding entity relationship diagrams, data types, primary keys, and foreign keys.

3. Finance and supply chain analytics concepts -> Gross & Yearly Sales Report, Pre & Post Invoice Discount, Net Sales, Manufacturing Cost, net error, net absolute error, and forecast accuracy percentage.

4. Advanced SQL concepts -> User-defined functions, stored procedures, database views, window functions, and temporary tables for sophisticated queries.
