In this Project, I created a dynamic sales report using excel pivot tables and created bar charts, donut chart and line charts also which will enable business to determine effective customer discounts, facilitate negotiations with customers, and identify potential business expansion opportunities in promising countries. The report generated will provide actionable insights and recommendations for business to optimizes their sales strategies, enhance customer satisfaction and maximize their revenue generation.

In the "Consumer Goods Domain" project , I worked on database of Atliq Hardwares. Facing the challenge of data-informed decisions, I answered ten ad-hoc requests to extract actionable insights.
Findings revealed a substantial increase in unique products, a dominant 'Notebook' segment, and a flourishing 'Accessories' category. Sales seasonality and the pivotal role of the 'Retailer' channel were uncovered.
Key learnings included the transformative potential of data analytics for informed decisions, the consumer goods market's dynamic nature, the value of product diversity, the significance of seasonality awareness, and the role of distribution channels in shaping sales outcomes.
The project enhanced my data analysis, problem-solving, and communication skills, contributing to my growth as a data analyst.

The main aim of this project is to analyze the performance of the promotional campaigns conducted during the Diwali 2023 and Sankranti 2024 periods. By analysing the sales data and promotional strategies, the project seeks to identify successful initiatives that effectively boosted sales and customer participation. Additionally, it aims to pinpoint any underperforming promotions or areas where improvements can be made for future campaigns.
Outcome of this project:
The outcomes of this analysis will provide AtliQ Mart with valuable insights into the effectiveness of their promotional activities during festive periods. By understanding which promotions yielded the best results and which ones fell short of expectations, AtliQ Mart can refine its future marketing strategies to drive greater sales and customer engagement, ultimately enhancing its competitive edge in the retail market.

⭐ March 2023 saw the highest revenue and customer acquisition.
⭐ Delhi NCR led in both revenue and customer numbers.
⭐ The 30-39 age group contributed significantly to revenue and customer base.
⭐ Offline-Agent sales mode attracted the most customers and generated the highest revenue.
⭐ The policy 'POL4321HEL' with a base premium of ₹5,000/- had a customer base above 4000 and was the most popular.
⭐ The 30-39 age group dominated across all policies.

🔄 Based on these insights, I have some recommendations for Shield Insurance to consider:
