Transforming Business with "Business 360 Insights" Dashboard

Domain/Function: Business Intelligence

AtliQ Hardware needed a unified dashboard to deliver business insights across all departments, including Finance, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Executive views. The goal was to create an interactive and user-friendly platform for stakeholders to access and analyze over four years of data.

The upper bar is designed for an easy jump between Views. The side navigation bar is utilized as a filter pane.

15+ Tables are connected in data modeling, Snowflakes Schema is used to build the relation between tables.

Project Details

As a Data Analyst, I excelled in data integration by utilizing SQL databases and Excel to ensure data consistency across all departments. I created detailed departmental views, including Finance, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Executive views, to provide comprehensive insights into performance and trends. I facilitated easy navigation and troubleshooting for users by developing a user-friendly homepage and support pages. Implementing advanced visualizations like line charts and tables, I made data interactive and accessible. My use of Power BI, SQL, and Excel enhanced decision-making, operational efficiency, and strategic planning, providing stakeholders with real-time insights and a solid foundation for long-term success.
