Excel Project: In this project, I developed a comprehensive 4-year Profit & Loss (P&L) report for Atliq Hardware, combining advanced Excel techniques to streamline data analysis and enhance insights. By using Pivot Tables, Power Query, and DAX, I automated data cleaning, saving significant time.

Project Details

This project focused on creating detailed sales and finance reports for AtliQ Hardware to support strategic decision-making. The Sales Report included a Customer Performance P&L and a Market Performance vs. Sales Targets analysis, enabling AtliQ to track KPIs, identify sales patterns, and evaluate discount strategies. The Finance Report provided Profit & Loss statements by fiscal year, month, and market, aiding in financial benchmarking, budgeting, and forecasting. The reports support business expansion decisions and stakeholder communication, aligning financial planning with strategic goals. Technical skills applied included ETL processes, Power Query for date tables, data modeling in Power Pivot, and DAX calculations. Soft skills included understanding of report design, user focus, and systematic report planning. This project enhanced AtliQ's ability to monitor performance, optimize decision-making, and align financial goals with overall business strategy.
