Managed the Goa Solar online application workflow, including feasibility approval, design approval, and real-time status updates on the portal.
Handled large Excel datasets containing customer and meter data, ensuring accurate data entry, validation, and record maintenance.
Entered and updated HT (High Tension) electricity meter readings in SAP for billing, monitoring, and compliance.
Prepared and maintained monthly Goa Solar meter reading reports using Excel for submission to the Goa Solar team.

Project Details

This project analyzes AtliQ Hardware’s sales and financial performance across e-commerce, retail, and direct channels from 2019–2021, aligned with its fiscal year (Sep–Aug). The goal is to identify sales trends, assess financial performance, and support data-driven decisions.

The analysis includes end-to-end ETL using Power Query, creation of a Date Table and fiscal calendar, and data modeling in Power Pivot. DAX measures, Pivot Tables, and conditional formatting were used to generate clear insights, highlight key trends, and track performance metrics effectively.

2W EV Market: Ola Electric leads volumes and revenue, followed by TVS and Ather. The segment contributes over 90% of EV sales, with strong CAGR and peak demand in Q4 (March).
4W EV Market: Tata Motors dominates, while premium brands show high growth from a smaller base, delivering higher revenue per vehicle.
Geographic Trends: Maharashtra and Karnataka anchor EV sales, with high penetration in Goa, Kerala, and Delhi. EV adoption is expanding beyond metros, creating early-mover opportunities.

Analyzes operational & passenger performance for Goodcabs, a cab-service company operating across 10 tier-2 Indian cities, using 6 months of data (Jan–Jun 2024),Objective was to evaluate trip growth, revenue efficiency, passenger retention & city-wise target achievement to uncover gaps & growth opportunities.

Key Insights:
Trips: Top 4 cities generate 58% of trips. Jaipur leads volumes driven by tourism & weekends, while business cities peak on weekdays. Demand peaks during Feb–May, with most trips being short to medium distance.
Passengers: Repeat users contribute 51% of revenue & 58% of trips. Business cities show stronger retention, while tourism cities lose passengers early. Jaipur generates the highest revenue but has the lowest repeat rate.
Operations: Jaipur, Kochi & Chandigarh contribute 60% of revenue. Mysore shows strong pricing efficiency but low utilization. Lucknow & Vadodara consistently miss targets, while Coimbatore is stable city.

Project Details

AtliQ Mart, a leading retail chain with 50+ supermarkets across South India, launched large-scale promotional campaigns on AtliQ-branded products during Diwali 2023 and Sankranti 2024.

Objective:
To evaluate promotion effectiveness across stores, products, and categories using Incremental Revenue (IR) and Incremental Sold Units (ISU), enabling data-driven planning for future festive campaigns.

Key Insights:
Store Performance: Bengaluru led in incremental revenue across both campaigns, followed by Chennai and Mysuru. Vijayawada and Trivandrum showed weak uplift, while Visakhapatnam underperformed despite high store presence.
Promotion Type: BOGOF drove the highest unit growth, while 500 Cashback generated the strongest revenue impact. Flat discounts (25%, 33%, 50% OFF) negatively affected revenue..
Product & Category: Combo packs delivered the highest revenue with higher basket value. Grocery & Staples drove volume, especially during Sankranti. Personal Care underperformed.
