WFH% shows preference on Thursdays/Fridays (15%), high attendance Mon-Wed (85%). Hybrid model events should maximize Mon-Wed participation.

Sick leave slightly rises, highest on Mondays (2.55% in June). Schedule maintenance on Thurs/Fri due to WFH preference.
