Introduction:
In today’s fast-paced digital world, data is the backbone of strategic decision-making, especially in the e-commerce sector. Blinkit, India’s leading last-minute delivery app, caters to a dynamic and demanding market where timely insights into sales performance can significantly enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. This project focuses on conducting an in-depth analysis of Blinkit’s sales data using Power BI, with the aim of identifying key trends, optimizing inventory distribution, and improving overall business performance.

Objective:
The primary objective of this project was to carry out a comprehensive analysis of Blinkit’s sales performance, customer satisfaction metrics, and inventory distribution. By leveraging various Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and advanced data visualization techniques in Power BI, the goal was to uncover actionable insights that could drive business optimization.
