Although my journey began with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, I quickly discovered that my true passion lies in data analysis and marketing. It's like discovering a hidden talent I never knew I had! While I haven't officially held a data analytics role yet, my portfolio is full of real-world business projects where I've poured my heart into showcasing my ability to slice and dice data to reveal game-changing strategies.

Project Details

In this project, I created a sales report using excel pivot tables which will enable businesses to determine effective customer discounts, facilitate negotiations with consumers, and identify potential business expansion opportunities in promising countries. The reports generated will provide actionable insights and recommendations for businesses to optimize their sales strategies, enhance customer satisfaction, and maximize revenue generation.

In leading the development of our innovative Rewards Program at Mitron Bank, my approach was marked by a meticulous and strategic process. Beginning with the import and rigorous validation of the dataset, I ensured a foundation of accuracy and reliability. Through a series of refinements and adjustments, the dataset was fine-tuned for relevance, setting the stage for a robust data modeling approach that facilitated seamless analysis. Key performance metrics, including Total Income, Total Spend, Total Customers, and Credit Card Usage, were meticulously tracked, forming the backbone of our monthly monitoring system. The user interface was crafted with a keen focus on visual appeal and interactivity, utilizing diverse visuals and slicer filters. Additionally, I delved into an in-depth analysis of the dataset, extracting valuable insights that shaped our strategic decisions. 📅 Weekends exhibit higher occupancy (>70%) than weekdays (50.9%).
📉 Bangalore consistently records the lowest occupancy rate.
🗓️ August data might be incomplete, available only for Mumbai and Bangalore.
