Project Details

In this project, I created a sales report using excel pivot tables which will enable businesses to determine effective customer discounts, facilitate negotiations with consumers, and identify potential business expansion opportunities in promising countries. The reports generated will provide actionable insights and recommendations for businesses to optimize their sales strategies, enhance customer satisfaction, and maximize revenue generation.

Project Details

𝐀𝐭𝐥𝐢𝐐 𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐬 owns multiple five-star hotels across India. They have been in the hospitality industry for the past 20 years. Due to strategic moves from other competitors and ineffective decision-making in management, 𝐀𝐭𝐥𝐢𝐐 𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐬 are losing its market share and revenue in the luxury/business hotels category. As a Data Analyst my task is used to provide valuable insights to the revenue team of 𝐀𝐭𝐥𝐢𝐐 𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐬 by utilizing the provided data.
𝐓𝐨𝐨𝐥𝐬 𝐮𝐬𝐞𝐝-
Power Bi- For data cleaning, transformation and visualizing.
Excel-Data is extracted to Power Bi From Excel.
Developed and deployed a Power BI dashboard using 3 months of data to identify key factors contributing to the revenue decline and Collaborated closely with the Revenue team at AtliQ Grands, providing actionable insights that are projected to boost revenue and market share by an estimated 20% in the upcoming month.
