Hello, I'm Subhashini, embarking on an exciting career transition from IT recruitment to Data Analysis. With over 7 years of experience in IT recruitment, I bring a unique perspective and skill set to the realm of data analytics.

While I may be new to the role of Data Analyst, my passion for data-driven insights and problem-solving has led me to pursue this challenging and rewarding field. I've already taken proactive steps to upskill myself, including completing industrial projects in the data field, where I've gained hands-on experience in data collection, analysis, and visualization.

  • Collected and structured data from various HR Systems (payroll, performance management, recruitment) using Excel, ensuring 99% data integrity and accuracy.
  • Evaluated HR data to identify trends, created regular ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and visualizations for HR Management.
