Welcome — I’m really glad you’re here 🤓
My journey into analytics didn’t begin with dashboards or reports. It started with studying animal behavior during my Zoology degree, where I learned how patterns, signals, and small changes can explain much bigger outcomes. Alongside my studies, I was learning digital tools and volunteering while doing so, which slowly pulled me toward data, systems, and problem-solving. That mix of science, curiosity, and hands-on learning shaped how I think today.
I now work with SQL, Excel, Power BI, and automation to turn raw data into clear, useful stories that support real business decisions. I enjoy working with messy datasets, asking the right questions, and building dashboards and reports that people can actually use. I don’t just look at numbers — I look for what’s driving them.
If you’re curious to see how I think, solve problems, and turn data into insight, I invite you to take a tour of my portfolio below.

Kulture Hire,Chennai — MIS Analyst Intern(Remote)
Nov 2025 – Jan2026
This project gave KultureHire a single, reliable view of how the business was really performing across sales, Finance, Marketing,Operations and CRM.
Before this, information about revenue, expenses, payments, and delivery issues lived in different places. With this MIS system, leadership could finally see $6.63M in revenue, $404K in costs, $242K in overdue invoices, and 167 delayed shipments in one dashboard, updated and easy to understand.
The system made financial risk visible. Instead of discovering late payments after they became a problem, 168 overdue invoices were automatically flagged, helping the team focus on collections and protect cash flow.
It also exposed operational bottlenecks. The data showed that WH-2 and WH-4 were responsible for more than 58% of shipment delays, which explained why the South region was underperforming. This gave operations a clear place to focus improvements.
Marketing and sales teams gained clarity too. By connecting marketing spend to lead stages and revenue, the business could see where money was being wasted and where Qualified and Converted leads generated the most value, making future budget decisions more data-driven.
Overall, this MIS turned scattered data into a real decision system—helping KultureHire improve cash flow, delivery reliability, and marketing efficiency instead of running on guesswork.
Feel free to get in touch with me. I am always open to discussing new projects, creative ideas or opportunities to be part of your visions.
