I Created 2 reports for the sales team which will help them to evaluate customer performance and understand their market performance with respect to their target.

Customer Performance Report: Provides net sales performance of each customer across years

Market performance vs Target report across years: Enables stakeholders to assess the country's performance and compare it to set targets.

Project Details

In this project, I created a sales report using excel pivot tables which will enable businesses to determine effective customer discounts, facilitate negotiations with consumers, and identify potential business expansion opportunities in promising countries. The reports generated will provide actionable insights and recommendations for businesses to optimize their sales strategies, enhance customer satisfaction, and maximize revenue generation.

AtliQ Grands faced stiff competition and declining revenue, struggling to leverage data due to limited internal expertise. I conducted a detailed analysis using Python, uncovering key insights to drive customer retention and boost revenue, equipping the company with data-driven strategies for growth

🎯 Task:
Analyze AtliQ Grands' booking data to tackle declining revenue and provide actionable insights.
🛠️ Approach:
Cleaned and transformed booking data, developed key metrics, and conducted detailed analysis to generate insights.

• "Presidential" rooms had the highest occupancy at 59.28%.
• Delhi led in occupancy at 61.51%, with weekends consistently outperforming weekdays, highlighting potential for targeted weekend marketing.
• June recorded high occupancy in Delhi and Hyderabad.
• Mumbai led in revenue, while monthly revenue varied, reaching ₹38.99 crore in July 2022 and ₹40.83 crore in May 2022.
The analysis equipped AtliQ Grands with strategic insights to enhance marketing, retain customers, and drive revenue growth.
