Responsibilities:

• Orchestrated the translation of business needs into precise technical specifications for the Affinity Technology Platform (ATP), shortening the user story backlog by 15 stories, improving efficiency.

• Championed requirements gathering for the Affinity Technology Platform (ATP), a highly configurable system facilitating B2B, B2C, and B2B2C insurance programs, leading to a 25% faster client integration.

• Delivered executive level dashboards and maintaining with quality data, resulting in 100% status of policies.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define insurance policy rating calculation, commission formula and tax calculation per coverage, resulting 40+ coverage option and combination are available for customer selection.

JLR is adopting an Agency model, looking at South Africa as the market in which to pilot the new approach. To enable an Agency model, new business capabilities will need to be developed across the entire business operations. People, Process, Data and Technology will be required to enable these new capabilities across the business. The functional areas identified as critical areas of transformation to enable the Agency model.

Responsibilities:

• Architect, design and business analysis to deliver functional and non-functional requirements of Lyons.

• Perform business analysis for Lyons integrations with various systems. This involved communication with various stake holders, systems and teams like Salesforce, Commerce, SAP, Udaan, Live Person, SAP CDC (Gigya), Wesbank, TransUnion, SharePoint, Vista, OSVD, APIGEE, ACE11.
