Data Analyst Intern — AtliQ Technologies (Codebasics Virtual Internship) May 2026 — May 2026 Remote | Power BI · DAX · Power Query

Developed a multi-page interactive Power BI dashboard for Shield Insurance, analyzing policy sales data across customer demographics, sales channels, and revenue trends. Built a star schema data model connecting 5 tables, wrote custom DAX measures and calculated columns using Power Query, and delivered full project documentation including a DAX metrics list and client-facing presentation.

Project Details

Shield Insurance Analytics Dashboard is a multi-page interactive Power BI report built during the Codebasics Virtual Internship. It analyzes insurance policy sales data across customer demographics, sales channels, and revenue trends.
The dashboard covers three pages — General View with KPIs (Total Revenue, Total Customers, Daily Revenue Growth), Sales Mode Analysis breaking down performance across four sales channels, and Age Group Analysis examining policy preferences and settlement rates across six age segments.
Built using Power BI, DAX, and Power Query with a star schema data model, custom measures, calculated columns, and cross-filtering slicers throughout.
