Project Details

In this project, I created a sales report using excel pivot tables which will enable businesses to determine effective customer discounts, facilitate negotiations with consumers, and identify potential business expansion opportunities in promising countries. The reports generated will provide actionable insights and recommendations for businesses to optimize their sales strategies, enhance customer satisfaction, and maximize revenue generation.

Project Details

In the Consumer Goods project for AtliQ Hardware, I analyzed business-critical data using SQL, uncovering actionable insights. Addressed 10 ad-hoc requests, including identifying APAC markets for "Atliq Exclusive," calculating unique product growth (2021 vs. 2020), and analyzing segment-wise product counts. Key insights revealed a rise in unique products, the dominance of the 'Notebook' segment, and flourishing seasonal trends. Identified products with extreme manufacturing costs and ranked top Indian customers by pre-invoice discounts for 2021. The analysis provided a complete gross sales report by customers, enabling data-driven decisions. Tools used: SQL, Excel, and PowerPoint for analysis and reporting.
