Greetings! I’m Syed Akkas Ali, a Data Analyst and Chinese Interpreter passionate about transforming complex data into actionable insights. In my current role, I implemented Power BI, creating the company’s first analytics platform and fostering a data-driven culture. ● Deployed iGarment MES system on the sewing floor (Unit 1 and Unit 2), trained 50+ supervisors, improving real-time tracking of garment production by 20%.

● Analyzed production efficiency by line, buyer, and employee using the General Sewing Time (GST) methodology, enabling performance tracking and operational insights.

● Developed a multi-functional, multi-language, interactive Power BI dashboard consolidating inspection and production data; optimized with DAX Studio, enhancing performance by 10%.
