In this project, I created a Profit & Loss (P&L) report for AtliQ Hardware using Excel to give the finance and leadership teams a clearer view of their business performance.The report highlights revenue, expenses, gross margin, and net profit with comparison against the previous year. It uses dynamic Pivot Tables, slicers, and measures to filter by time periods and P&L categories for more granular analysis. By incorporating clean layouts and visualization best practices, I ensured the data is both interactive and easy to interpret.

During this project, I learned how to:
1.Use Power Query for efficient data transformation and cleaning.
2. Build Pivot Tables and Pivot Charts to summarize financial data.
3. Apply custom calculations and create year-over-year comparisons.
4.Utilize Conditional Formatting to highlight key variances.
5.Design interactive dashboards using slicers and clean formatting.

Project Details

In this project, I used SQL to analyze a dataset containing Netflix’s global content catalog. The objective was to extract actionable insights about content types, genre frequency, release timelines, and country-wise distribution to better understand content availability and audience trends.

Key areas of analysis included:

I wrote a series of SQL queries to clean the data, filter by conditions, perform aggregations, and join relevant attributes for deeper insights. The analysis was structured to support use cases like content acquisition planning, market analysis, and user engagement strategies.

Developed a full-stack Expense Management System to help users track, update, and analyze daily spending.

Built using FastAPI (backend) and Streamlit (frontend) to demonstrate seamless integration of APIs and UI.

Designed an intuitive form-based interface to add or update multiple expenses per day, categorized into Rent, Food, Shopping, Entertainment, and Other.

Implemented an analytics dashboard to show category-wise expense totals and percentages using bar charts and tables.

Ensured robust data validation, default fallbacks, and user-friendly interactions with form inputs and feedback.

Developed RESTful API endpoints for fetching, updating, and summarizing expenses based on date and category.

Handled edge cases gracefully: no data for selected date, empty inputs, and zero-amount filters before submission.
