This is Customer-Performace Reports, which Provides net sales performance of each customer across years and comparison growth with last year net sale

This is P & L for All Market and in this reports all the key metrics like Net Sale, COGS, Gross Margin and Gross Sale is evaluated.

Project Details

In this project, I created a sales report using Excel pivot tables to help businesses determine effective customer discounts, facilitate negotiations with consumers, and identify potential business expansion opportunities. The reports provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize sales strategies, enhance customer satisfaction, and maximize revenue. The sales report includes market performance vs. target and customer performance in different markets, along with other essential reports for the sales team. Additionally, I developed finance reports with key metrics like Gross Sale, Net Sales, COGS, and Gross Margin.

AtliQ Grands, a luxury hotel chain in India, is losing market share due to competitors and poor management. To regain revenue, they plan to adopt Business and Data Intelligence but lack an in-house analytics team, leading them to hire a 3rd party for insights.

To address AtliQ Grands' market share loss, focus on key metrics: Occupancy Rate, ADR, RevPAR, Customer Satisfaction, and Booking Trends. Develop a dashboard using the provided mock-up, ensuring it visualizes these KPIs with filters for different locations and time periods.

For additional insights, perform market segmentation to identify high and low-performing customer segments, conduct a competitive analysis, and assess operational efficiency to find cost-saving opportunities.

Recommend increasing marketing efforts to target both business and luxury travelers, diversifying room offerings, and enhancing the hotel’s digital presence by updating content on social media and Google.

Present the findings to stakeholders with actionable strategies to regain market share.

In this project, I worked with a database consisting of several key tables: dim_customer (customer-related data), dim_product (product-related data), fact_gross_price (gross price information), fact_manufacturing_cost (production costs), fact_pre_invoice_deductions (pre-invoice deductions), and fact_sales_monthly (monthly sales data). Using SQL, I extracted ad hoc insights from these raw data tables and conducted a data cleaning process to ensure accuracy and reliability. Additionally, I developed a comprehensive presentation based on the SQL outputs, highlighting the key insights and trends for stakeholders, facilitating data-driven decision-making.
