Sales Analysis

I have prepared two comprehensive reports for the sales team, providing valuable insights into customer performance and market positioning in relation to their target goals.

Customer Performance Report: Tracks net sales performance of each customer over time.

Market Performance vs. Target Report: Evaluate country performance and compare against set targets.

Project Details

In this project, I made a sales report using Excel pivot tables. It helps businesses figure out the best customer discounts, negotiate with customers, and find opportunities to expand in promising countries. The reports offer useful suggestions to improve sales strategies, make customers happier, and increase revenue.

AtliQ Hardwares, a growing consumer electronics company, struggles to compete with data-driven rivals due to reliance on Excel. My goal: implement a Power BI analytics solution for data insights, informed decision-making.

AtliQ Grands, a renowned hospitality brand, seeks data-driven strategies to regain market share and revenue in luxury/business hotels. As a data analyst, I'm tasked with creating metrics, a dashboard, and uncovering additional insights from historical data to facilitate this strategic revival.

Data Modelling

Project Details

Atliq Grands owns multiple five-star hotels across India. They have been in the hospitality industry for the past 20 years. Due to strategic moves from other competitors and ineffective decision-making in management, Atliq Grands are losing its market share and revenue in the luxury/business hotels category. As a strategic move, the managing director of Atliq Grands wanted to incorporate “Business and Data Intelligence” in order to regain their market share and revenue.

Learnings:
Created various metrics i.e., Revenue Change % , Cancellation Rate, Occupancy %, Customer Ratings etc. for analysis of hospitality project.
Created visual insights in Power BI using field parameters, charts, slicers.
