Atliq Hardwares generates large volumes of sales data across divisions, regions, customers, and product categories. However, management lacked a consolidated view of performance, making it difficult to identify revenue drivers, underperforming areas, and growth opportunities.

Atliq Hardwares required a clear financial overview to track profitability and sales performance across different markets and time periods. The objective was to analyze Profit & Loss data to help management understand revenue trends, Gross Margin performance, and key financial drivers.

• Quarterly metrics show fluctuations in sales, with Q1 recording the highest performance.
• Yearly sales increased by 204%.
• New Zealand, Japan, and the UK contribute higher Gross Margin percentages.

5️⃣ Recommendations
• Focus on high GM% markets such as India and South Korea to improve profitability.
• Monitor financial performance in the ANZ region to address declining GM%.

Learned to create and implement image slicers to enhance dashboard interactivity and improve user experience. Image slicers enabled visual-based filtering, allowing users to quickly analyze data by selecting categories through intuitive icons.

Developed dynamic KPI indicators to visualize business performance trends, enabling clear identification of growth, decline, and consistent performance levels.

Project Details

AtiQ Grands hotel required a centralized system to monitor operational performance and analyze revenue, occupancy, and booking trends effectively due to it's expansion over various cities and strategic moves by it's competitors.

My task was to develop an analytics dashboard to track key hospitality KPIs and provide meaningful insights for management decision-making.

I collected and cleaned hotel booking data using Microsoft Excel and built an interactive dashboard in Microsoft Power BI, analyzing metrics such as Occupancy Rate, ADR, and RevPAR through visual reports.The dashboard enabled real-time performance monitoring, improved revenue analysis, and supported data-driven strategies to enhance hotel profitability and operational efficiency.

This is the one of the request by AtliQ hardwares that I spent a lot of time figuring out this query, but after many attempts, debugging, and learning along the way, I finally made it work.

Project Details

I explored key business questions related to sales performance, customer segments, and market opportunities. The insights derived aim to support data-driven decision-making and help the company identify areas for growth and strategic improvement.
