AtliQ Hardware is stressed with Excel Files. Their Sales & Finance Teams are on a Mission to eliminate these Excel Files. But remember not every Excel file can be replaced. Some Excel Files will remain. Also, they are interested in data analytics. So Excel is a perfect gateway to onboard to analytics.

So as an aspiring Data Analyst, I have come up with some awesome Sales and Finance Analytics reports.

Pipeline: Performed ETL -> Data Cleaning -> Data Modeling -> Created dim_date Table -> Connected dim_date to Data Model -> Performed DAX Formula -> Created Report Using Power Pivot -> Conditional Formatting -> Made User Empathetic Report Design

Finally, I came up with Different Reports Like Customer Net Sales Performance report, Market Performance Report VS Target, Sales report for the Indian Market, P & L Year for Different Markets & GM% by Quarters of Different Sub Zones.

AtliQ Grands, a well-known chain of luxury hotels in India, has a rich 20-year history in hospitality. However, they are currently facing challenges with decreasing market share and revenue in the luxury and business hotel segment due to competition and management decisions. To address this, the managing director is initiating a strategic move to integrate "Business and Data Intelligence" into their operations, aiming to regain market share and boost revenue.

➡ Amazon topped net sales with 109.03M in fiscal 2021, closely followed by AtliQ Exclusive at 79.92M.
➡ India emerged as the leading market with the highest net sales of 210.67M in fiscal 2021, with the USA trailing at 132.05M.
➡ Amazon's contribution to total net sales was a significant 13.23% in fiscal 2021.
➡ In the APAC region, Amazon outperformed others with a net sales percentage of 12.99% in 2021.
➡ India claimed the leading position in total gross sales within the APAC region.

Project Details

This project evaluates player performance from the T20 World Cup 2022 by scraping data from Cricinfo and processing it with Python and Pandas. It involves cleaning and transforming the dataset to address inconsistencies and create new performance metrics. Players are categorized into roles such as opener, middle order, all-rounder, and bowler, with specific evaluation criteria applied to determine their effectiveness.

The analysis culminates in the creation of interactive dashboards using Power BI, which visually present the performance metrics and selection criteria. This allows users to explore and understand the top 11 players based on detailed performance insights, combining data science techniques with advanced visualization to provide a comprehensive overview of the tournament.
