AtliQ Technologies-Shield Insurance Analysis - Insurance domain [Power BI | Excel ] Link Jan 2024-Mar 2024

● Developed a Power BI dashboard to provide insights into Shield Insurance performance over a 6-month period for 26,841 customers across 4 sales modes.

● Showcased total Revenue of 989.25M Rupees, and an Average Settlement percentage of 54.52% across all 5 cities, with Delhi NCR ranking top with 11,007 customers and revenue of 401.57M Rupees.

● Customers aged 31-40 generated the highest revenue of 356M Rupees, the Average Settlement percentage for the age group 65+ is the highest at 70.81%.

To support its growth and make data-driven decisions, AtliQ needs a data analytics team.
Workflow steps:
 ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) in excel.

 Creating connections among tables using data modelling.
 Adding the Date table using Power Query(M language).

AtliQ Grands owns multiple five-star hotels across India. Due to strategic moves from other competitors and ineffective decision-making in management, AtliQ Grands is losing its market share and revenue. As a strategic move, the managing director of AtliQ Grands wanted to incorporate “Business and Data Intelligence” to regain their market share and revenue.
Workflow steps:
1. Data collection and exploration, create a Date table in Power Query (M language).
2. Data load to Power BI and initial validation.
3. Data Transformation in Power Query.
4. Data Modelling and creating calculated columns.
5. Creating measures using the DAX language.
6. Build Executive View, Finance View, Revenue View, Occupancy and Booking View and Key Metrics View.
7. Designing an effective Dashboard that includes page navigation with buttons, tooltips, using KPIs, and conditional formatting of the values in visuals.

AtliQ Mart is a retail giant with over 50 supermarkets in India. All the stores had promotional sales during Diwali 2023 and Sankranti 2024. Sales Director Bruce Hariyali wants tangible insights regarding these promotional sales to make informed decisions for their next sales.

♦ Revenue after promotions is the highest for the 500 Cashback promo type which is 158M INR followed by 95M INR for the BOGOF promo type.
♦ The 25% OFF, 33% OFF and 50% OFF promo types showed a decrease in revenue after the promotion.
♦ The top 3 categories w.r.t IR% are Home Appliances, Home Care, Combo1.
