Project Details

In this project, I created a sales report using excel pivot tables which will enable businesses to determine effective customer discounts, facilitate negotiations with consumers, and identify potential business expansion opportunities in promising countries. The reports generated will provide actionable insights and recommendations for businesses to optimize their sales strategies, enhance customer satisfaction, and maximize revenue generation.

Developed a Sales Mode Analysis Dashboard using Power BI to evaluate customer acquisition and revenue distribution across different sales channels.

Project Details

This project focuses on analyzing Shield Insurance’s business performance using Power BI. The objective was to transform raw insurance data into meaningful insights that support strategic decision-making.

The dashboard analyzes key business metrics including total revenue, customer distribution, policy performance, and claim settlement patterns. It also highlights city-wise and age-group trends to understand customer behavior and identify growth opportunities.

Key insights include revenue contribution by different cities, the most valuable customer segments, and the effectiveness of sales channels such as agents and digital platforms.

The project involved data cleaning and transformation using Power Query, building a star schema data model, and creating DAX measures for advanced calculations. The final dashboard enables stakeholders to quickly monitor performance and make data-driven decisions.
