Customized a multi-functional Power BI dashboard to analyze AtliQ hardware's sales trends over the global market by gathering data from 2 different sources (Excel/CSV files and a SQL database).

The dashboard have the following four major pages:
1. Finance page: Which had the P & L statement for any customer / product / country or aggregation of the above over any time period and more.
2. Sales page: Analyzed the performance of your customer(s) over key metrics like Net Sales, Gross Margin and view the same in profitability / Growth matrix.
3.Marketing page: Analyzed the performance of your product(s) over key metrics like Net Sales, Gross Margin and view the same in profitability / Growth matrix.
4.Supply page: Got Forecast Accuracy, Net Error and risk profile for product, segment, category, customer etc.

The job in this project is to answer the questions that Atliq hardware has requested regarding its consumer goods department in their company. So, by use of tools such as SQL, Excel and power point the questions were answered, the company provided a huge of amount of data of nealy 9 million records, by thorough investigation and analysis a final presentation had been created to give all the insights that the Atliq hardware are looking for.

This project involved gathering, cleaning, and analyzing data to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics. The dashboards provided clear, actionable insights to stakeholders, enhancing decision-making processes and operational efficiency.

Developed comprehensive financial models for various companies, including fixed asset and depreciation models, capital and loan models, consolidation and ratios models, free cash flow models, and statement forecasting. These models provided detailed insights into asset management, capital structure, financial performance, and cash flow projections. Fixed asset and depreciation models tracked asset value and amortization, while capital and loan models analyzed financing strategies. Consolidation and ratios models offered a consolidated view of financial performance, and free cash flow models assessed cash generation capabilities. Statement forecasting projected future financial statements to aid in budgeting and strategic planning. Each model was designed to enhance financial decision-making and strategic planning.

At AtliQ Hardwares, my project revolved around studying sales and finances. By crunching numbers and spotting trends, I played a key role in making decisions that grew our project and increased profits. It highlighted the importance of digging into data for project success.

Developed a financial analysis and forecasting model for Benita Solutions, starting with vertical and horizontal analysis of their quarterly Profit and Loss statements. The model provided:

1. **Vertical Analysis**: Expressed each line item as a percentage of total revenue.
2. **Horizontal Analysis**: Compared financial items across quarters to identify trends.

For forecasting the next three quarters:

1. **Sales Forecasting**: Used the average growth rate from the last three quarters to project future sales.
2. **COGS and Operating Costs**: Forecasted as percentages of sales based on historical averages.
3. **Stock, Receivables, Payables, and Expenses**: Projected using consistent percentages from the last quarter.

This model supported strategic financial planning for Benita Solutions.
