• Developed and automated workflows for data extraction, Data Transformation, and analytics to support decision making processes. Built Power BI dashboards adhering to best practices for storytelling and operational insights.

• Reduced reporting time by 30% through the development of automated processes using Power Automate and VBA.

• Used Python and SQL for data integration, enabling ETL processes with large datasets, joining and building relationships.

The Challenge: AtliQ faced a major setback in Latin America, prompting a need for data-driven decisions. As an aspiring data analyst, I took charge of transforming their data landscape and steering them towards success.

📍The Solution: Introducing Business Insights 360, a Power BI project that empowers AtliQ with actionable insights across Finance, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and an exclusive Executive View.

This architecture processes raw CRM/ERP data into clean, business-ready views for BI, SQL queries, and machine learning using the Medallion framework.

The data model links CRM sales, product, and customer info with ERP product categories and customer details for a unified view.

Project Details

Action:
🔹 Data Warehousing: Designed a star schema with fact and dimension tables following the Medallion Architecture.

Bronze Layer: Raw ingested data with no transformation.

Silver Layer: Cleaned, standardized, and structured data.

Gold Layer: Aggregated, business-ready data for reporting.

🔹 ETL Development: Created ETL pipelines to extract data from CSV files into SQL Server. Applied transformation rules like data cleaning (NULLs, duplicates), standardization, and data type correction. Loaded clean data into respective layers.

🔹 Analytics: Wrote SQL queries to derive insights such as monthly sales trends, top-performing products, and customer behavior. Used complex joins, CTEs, and window functions to generate reports from the Gold Layer. Focused on key business KPIs to support strategic decisions.

Result:
Built a scalable, end-to-end Data Warehouse solution, enabling accurate, data-driven decision-making for business growth and efficiency.
