About Me

Hi, I’m Vishnu Ram Sachin Data Analyst with a strong interest in turning raw numbers into clear business insights. My journey started with a bachelor’s degree in BBA Retail Management, but I quickly discovered that my natural strength lies in analyzing data and solving problems.

I’ve built skills in Excel, Power BI, and SQL, and applied them to several business projects that you can explore in my Project Section below. While I haven’t yet worked inside an organization, these projects reflect my ability to design dashboards, uncover trends, and present insights in a way that supports decision‑making.

What drives me is curiosity and I enjoy asking the right questions and using data to answer them. My goal is to grow into a professional analyst who helps businesses make smarter choices with confidence.

This project focuses on providing actionable financial insights for AtliQ Hardware , a leading global consumer electronics brand , by transforming raw sales and cost data into a structured Profit and Loss (P&L) framework. By centralizing data from 2019 to 2022Est, the analysis tracks key performance indicators across multiple global markets to support data-driven decision-making.

Problem Statement
AtliQ Hardware struggled to efficiently monitor and compare financial performance across its expanding global markets, particularly during its recent expansion into Latin America. They faced a Huge financial Loss by Limited regional experience led to suboptimal operational decisions and strategic Gap, which highlights a critical need for a Data driven decision making

Problem Statement
AtliQ Grands owns multiple five-star hotels across India. They have been in the hospitality industry for the past 20 years. Due to strategic moves from other competitors and ineffective decision-making in management, AtliQ Grands are losing its market share and revenue in the luxury/business hotels category. As a strategic move, the managing director of AtliQ Grands wanted to incorporate “Business and Data Intelligence” to regain their market share and revenue.
Primary Objective
---To help AtliQ Grands find out why they are losing money and give them the facts they need to beat the competition and become the go-to choice for luxury travel again
