This project analyzed GoodCabs' operational and customer data to support 2024 growth and satisfaction goals. Advanced SQL techniques, including CTEs and window functions, were used to evaluate city-level performance, revenue trends, and passenger behavior. A dynamic Excel dashboard was developed to visualize key metrics like driver performance and revenue distribution. Findings and actionable insights were presented to stakeholders, focusing on optimizing fleet operations and enhancing customer satisfaction.

AtliQ Hardware is growing rapidly in the recent years, and they have decided to implement the data analytics using PowerBI in their company for the first time to surpass their competitors in the market and to make data driven decisions. This project is hoped to give answers to the questions of stakeholder in terms all the aspects like finance, sales, marketing and supply chain.

Customized a multi-functional Power BI dashboard for 5 departments (Finance, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and Executive) to analyze sales trends over the global market by gathering last 5 years data (more than 2 million records) from 2 different sources (Excel/CSV files and a SQL database).

Output: Projected 10% revenue growth and 20% data-related expense reduction.

Project Details

The client faced challenges in estimating insurance premiums for individuals. The existing process involved customers calling representatives, providing information, and receiving premium estimates. This manual procedure led to increased call queues, manpower, prolonged call times, and delays in decision-making. To address this, the client sought to develop an automated web application that would streamline the premium estimation process.

Explored and compared various machine learning models, ultimately selecting the Stacking Regressor as the most effective with a Cross-Validation Score of 86.86%. Further improved performance to 6.28% through Hyper-parameter tuning using RandomizedSearchCV.

Outcome: The project successfully automated the insurance premium estimation process, reducing call queues, manpower requirements, and decision-making delays. The implemented machine learning models showcased improved accuracy, contributing to a seamless user experience.
