Project Details

The project's scope extended beyond the theoretical realm, as it involved the meticulous analysis of over half a million records of unorganized sales and finance data. Leveraging advanced tools and features such as Power Query for data cleaning and ETL, Power Pivot for data modeling, Pivot Table for summarization, and DAX Measures for calculated columns, the project aimed at transforming raw data into actionable insights.
The Sales Analysis Reports included a deep dive into customer performance, market performance versus targets, and product performance, offering a granular understanding of AtliQ's market presence. Simultaneously, Finance Analysis Reports delved into profit and loss metrics by fiscal year, month, and market, as well as gross margin percentages by quarters for sub-zones. Noteworthy tools like Power Query ensured efficient data cleaning, while DAX Measures facilitated the creation of calculated columns, contributing to the project's robustness.

With this project, I sought to create a user-friendly and insightful dashboard that provides a comprehensive overview of coffee sales performance and trends in these three markets.

📊 Key Features of the Dashboard:

1. Sales Over Time: Visualizing coffee sales trends over various time periods using dynamic line charts. This helps identify seasonal patterns and assess overall sales performance.

2. Sales by Country: Utilizing Pivot Tables, I showcased sales data breakdowns for each country, providing a clear comparison of their respective contributions to the overall sales.

3. Top Five Customers: I identified and displayed the top five customers based on their sales contribution, offering valuable insights into the most significant revenue generating customers.

4. Interactive Filters: Slicers were integrated to allow users to apply different filters easily.
