Project Details

AtliQ Grands, a fictional hospitality powerhouse with operations in four cities, embarked on a comprehensive data-driven analysis to address market challenges and support business expansion. The project involved three key stages:

1. Data Cleaning: Corrected negative values in guest numbers, removed outliers in revenue data, and addressed missing values in ratings.

2. Data Transformation: Developed the concept of 'Occupancy Percentage' based on successful bookings and capacity, and generated insights from the transformed data.

3. Insights Generated: Key findings included Delhi leading in occupancy rates, Bangalore showing the lowest occupancy, and weekends outperforming weekdays. August data was incomplete for Mumbai and Bangalore. Despite high occupancy, Delhi's revenue was lower, while Mumbai led in revenue, peaking in July. Strategic insights were drawn on bookings and cancellations, highlighting areas for service quality improvement and market capture through analysis
