Project Details

In this project, I built a refreshable Excel Sales and Finance report using Pivot Tables, Power Query, and basic DAX. The dashboard helps teams set smarter customer discounts, negotiate with key accounts, and spot expansion opportunities in promising countries. It tracks Net Sales, COGS, Gross Profit, Margin percent, and YoY trends with simple slicers so insights turn into quick actions.

In this project, I built a single Power BI report for Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Executives. It replaces scattered Excel files with a governed model and role-based pages so everyone reads the same KPIs and acts faster.
