Project Details

In this project, I used Excel pivot tables to create a sales report that helps businesses set effective customer discounts, improve negotiations, and spot opportunities for growth in key countries. The reports provide valuable insights and recommendations to help optimize sales strategies, boost customer satisfaction, and increase revenue.

Awesome Chocolates is a company which distributes its products in 6 countries. I created a comprehensive dashboard to get detailed sales insights as well as the financial trends with respect to the countries.

The complete dashboard with all the visuals, Showing all the important KPIs at a glance.

The Dashboard consists of 4 visuals showing the financial trend with a line chart, the Composition of Countries using a donut chart, Sales representatives detailed performance with a table and product distribution using a row chart with a Calender slicer on the top for filtering the dates as needed.

CodeX Marketing Insights

Domain/Function: Marketing

CodeX is a German beverage company that was recently launched in India. They launched their energy drink in 10 cities. CodeX surveyed those 10 cities and received results from 10k respondents. Their Marketing Team wants their Data Analyst to convert these survey results into meaningful insights.

The first page shows the demographic insights such as Number of respondents, Gender distribution, Age distribution, etc with FEW consumer preferences

The second page dives deeper into consumer preferences and brand penetration.

Project Details

Their Marketing team is responsible for increasing brand awareness, market share, and product development. They conducted a survey in those 10 cities and received results from 10,000 respondents. I was tasked with converting these survey results into meaningful insights that the team could use to drive actions. I utilized Power BI to load and visualize the data and created an interactive dashboard.
