AtliQ Hardwares, a swiftly growing consumer electronics firm, faces challenges in data competition due to reliance on Excel reports. I aim to introduce an advanced analytics solution through Power BI, empowering the company with actionable insights for informed decision-making.
As part of the challenge, we received a diverse set of robust datasets for a project in the Hospitality domain. This project encompasses various Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for measurement, providing me with a wealth of valuable insights crucial for making informed, data-driven decisions.
Based on aspects of building location and construction, our goal was to predict the level of damage to buildings caused by the 2015 Gorkha earthquake in Nepal.
The data was collected through surveys by Kathmandu Living Labs, under the National Planning Commission Secretariat of Nepal.
Created an analytical view for tracking sales performance, examining data, and producing reports to optimize revenue and identify potential avenues for business expansion.
