in this project i created sales report using pivot tables to empower businesses to monitor and evaluate their sales activities. By analyzing sales data, I was able to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and track them effectively. The insights drawn from these reports have been instrumental in determining effective customer discounts, negotiating with clients, and pinpointing new opportunities for business expansion.

In this project, I analyzed consumer behavior data for strategic insights using MySQL and Power BI. By querying large datasets, I identified patterns in purchasing trends, customer preferences, and seasonal demand. Created an interactive Power BI dashboard for Shield Insurance to analyze sales, revenue, and customer trends.

Integrated and cleaned Excel data, built data models, and implemented DAX for MoM growth tracking.

Added dynamic filters for city, age group, and sales mode to enable deeper exploration of key metrics.

Used KPI cards, pie charts, area graphs, and line charts to visualize insights effectively.

Highlighted that Offline Agents contributed ₹550.76M (56% of total revenue).

Identified Delhi NCR as the top region with ₹401.57M revenue and 11K customers.

Found the 31–40 age group generated the highest revenue (₹356.03M).

Claims analysis showed the 65+ age group had the highest settlement rate (74.36%).

Enabled data-driven decisions by uncovering high-performing segments and sales strategies.
