In this project, I developed a comprehensive customer performance report using a range of Excel tools and formulas. By employing Pivot Tables, Power Query, ETL (Extract, Transform, Load), and Power Pivot, I analyzed and transformed data to deliver insights into customer performance, market performance against targets, top 5 countries and customers, new products, profit and loss by market and month, and gross margin percentages by subzone. The report also includes profit and loss by fiscal year. Conditional Formatting and Charts and Graphs were utilized for effective data visualization, while Data Validation ensured the accuracy of the data. Key formulas such as SUM, AVERAGE, IF, VLOOKUP, INDEX, and XLOOKUP were used for calculations and data lookups. This report supports businesses in setting optimal discounts, improving negotiations, and uncovering growth opportunities, with the goal of enhancing customer satisfaction and increasing revenue.

In this project, I developed a comprehensive report for stakeholders across sales, marketing, finance, supply chain, and the executive team, aiming to combine data from multiple sources into a cohesive system. I utilized Power Query for data integration, DAX formulas for complex calculations, and managed data from over ten tables to build a solid data model. The report was designed to be user-friendly and intuitive, incorporating effective visuals and formatting. I applied best practices in dashboard design and used bookmarks to enhance navigation. By publishing and managing the report on Power BI Service and incorporating stakeholder feedback, I created a simple yet detailed report that supports informed decision-making.

The Hospitality Revenue Insights dashboard provides a comprehensive view of critical metrics in the hospitality industry, including Revenue, RevPAR (Revenue Per Available Room), ADR (Average Daily Rate), Occupancy %, and Realisation %. It enables data-driven decision-making by presenting platform-specific ADR and realisation performance, weekday vs. weekend trends, and a breakdown of revenue distribution by category (luxury and business). The dashboard also includes key insights into property performance, displaying vital metrics like total revenue, bookings, RevPAR, occupancy rates, ADR, and average guest ratings across various cities. The dashboard offers interactive filters for city, room class, and time period, allowing users to analyse trends across different segments and quickly identify areas for optimization in revenue management, room pricing, and occupancy strategy

I utilized SQL and Power BI to extract, analyze, and visualize data for Atliq Hardware, a leading computer hardware manufacturer, addressing 10 specific management requests. By analyzing the diverse product range and global operations, I supported informed decision-making. I employed various SQL techniques, including window functions (DENSE_RANK, ROW_NUMBER), date functions (DATE_ADD, MONTHNAME), and joins for data integration. Additionally, I used CTEs and aggregation functions (SUM, AVG) to clarify queries and provide insights, ultimately enhancing Atliq Hardware's market understanding and product strategy.
