AtliQ Hardware is a consumer goods electronics company having operations in various countries. Due to the lack of effective analytics the company faced a major loss in Latin America. AtliQ wants to make data driven decision making as a part of their work culture and taking their first big steps towards that by embedding a Power BI tool in the organization. This project deals with generating functional dashboard with key business metrics as specified. Users are able to use the tool in their business review meeting and in their decision making process such as customer negotiation, new product launch, exciting promotions, finance budgeting etc.

AtliQ Grands is a hotel chain that operates in various cities in India including different types of hotel chains and rooms. The booking can be done through a variety of mediums. The company is facing a major challenge from their competitors. They are losing their revenue, market share etc. This project supports data-informed decision-making. The steps of data analysis projects includes - Understanding Business Problem, Data collecting & understanding, Data cleaning & Exploratory analysis, Data Transformation and generating insights.
