AtliQ Hardwares is a consumer electronics company expanding rapidly but is not able to compete with other companies using data as most of their report still exists in Excel. My goal is to implement an advanced analytics solution using Power BI that will enable the company to get insights.

Project Details

In this project, I created a sales report using excel pivot tables which will enable businesses to determine effective customer discounts, facilitate negotiations with consumers, and identify potential business expansion opportunities in promising countries. The reports generated will provide actionable insights and recommendations for businesses to optimize their sales strategies, enhance customer satisfaction, and maximize revenue generation.

Project Details

In this SQL-focused project, I created a report for AtliQ Mart stakeholders to evaluate promotional campaigns during Diwali 2023 and Sankranti 2024. I utilized SQL to analyze campaign data, addressing ad hoc requests and extracting key metrics related to store performance, promotion types, and product/category performance.

This project aims to deliver a comprehensive Power BI dashboard for AtliQo's management to analyze the impact of their 5G launch on key performance indicators (KPIs). It includes three dashboards—5G, Market Share, and Plans—offering comparisons of revenue, average ARPU, active users, and unsubscribed users before and after the launch. The dashboard features a filter panel for user interactivity and a clear button for ease of use.

Key metrics analyzed include total revenue, revenue before and after the 5G launch split by cities, and revenue trends over time. This analysis provides actionable insights to optimize internet plans and boost active user growth.

Throughout this project, I enhanced my skills in Power Query, advanced DAX calculations, user-friendly design, and stakeholder feedback implementation in a telecom context.
