This Sales Overview Analysis project focuses on designing a fully dynamic Power BI dashboard to track key business metrics—Sales, Profit, and Quantity—across the Central, East, South, and West regions. The solution enables users to switch between KPIs and filter performance by year, with automated comparisons to previous-year results. Each region includes monthly bar sparklines with an average trend line for deeper performance insights. A bubble map visualizes state-wise sales distribution, supported by a detailed bar chart for quick comparison. A metrics table summarizes CY vs PY performance across sales, profit, and quantity, along with YoY growth. The project covers the complete BI workflow including requirement gathering, data cleaning, modeling, DAX calculations, visualization design, and insights generation, resulting in an interactive dashboard that supports informed, data-driven decision-making.
