• Developed Monitoring and Data Entry System: Designed and implemented a website and mobile application to digitize data collection for departments  transitioning from manual logbooks to a digital platform. Utilized HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Firebase for development.

  • Outcome: Improved data accuracy and operational efficiency, with real-time data access enhancing decision-making processes.

• Electricity Consumption Analysis: Conducted a comprehensive electricity load mapping exercise to analyze and optimize energy consumption across the plant.

  • Methodology: Collected data on electrical equipment, measured load using power analyzers, and analyzed patterns to identify inefficiencies.
  • Outcome: Identified outdated motors and inefficiencies, leading to recommendations for equipment upgrades, load balancing, and the implementation of an energy management system. Achieved a detailed understanding of electricity distribution, paving the way for significant energy savings.

• Motor Replacement Project: Analyzed the potential benefits of replacing existing motors with IE4 energy-efficient motors. Contacted ABB for requirements, calculated payback periods, and performed ROI analysis.

  • Outcome: Projected significant energy savings and reduced operational costs by adopting more efficient motor technology. Presented findings to senior management, demonstrating a clear path to operational improvements.
