Project Details

Insight Metrix 360 is an end-to-end Power BI analytics solution built for a rapidly growing consumer electronics company that relied heavily on Excel-based reporting. The goal of this project was to create a centralised, interactive dashboard that provides a single source of truth for stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Executive leadership

The project involved data cleaning and transformation using Power Query, designing a star-schema data model with 10+ tables, and developing key business KPIs using DAX. User-empathetic dashboards were created with drill-throughs, bookmarks, and intuitive navigation to enable deeper analysis.

The solution delivers department-specific insights such as revenue trends, profitability analysis, marketing ROI, forecast vs actual performance, and operational efficiency. By consolidating data into a single analytics platform, the dashboard helps leadership monitor performance, identify growth opportunities, and make faster.
