Frequently Asked Questions

1. I am experiencing difficulties accessing Discord, or I am unable to send messages on Discord.

You need to verify yourself on Discord to be able to send messages. Do the following:


Please go to the “#click-here-to-ask-questions” channel and verify yourself by clicking the "verify" button" under the Mee6 bot’s message. Wait till the bot says “Added role verified”. You will get complete access to the server.

P.S. When you click on verify, make sure you only click once. Because clicking twice may add and remove the “verified” role.

This is a case of a failed payment. Your money may have been deducted from your account, but the transaction was unsuccessful.


We assure you that the money will be refunded to your bank account in 3-5 business days. If not, please email us at [email protected] and also contact the customer support of your UPI app or your bank.

This usually happens due to two reasons:

  1. You didn’t verify your email address
  2. Your email id or password is incorrect.

For the first case, please open your email app (For example - Gmail or Yahoo) and search for any emails from Discord. Please open the email and click on verify. After verifying your email, you will be able to login to Discord.
